Check here to see if your loan is Fannie or Freddie.  If it is a match you will want to talk with a lender who can pull your credit and run your application for Refi Plus or a Freddie Relief approval.

If the loan is not with freddie or fannie the chances are slim to refi at 125% LTV. Call your lender to find out.

Some lenders are offering up to 125% LTV FannieMae and FreddieMac products for underwater owners. Check with your local lender. Or give your servicer (current lender) a call. They maybe able to help you.
