You can also talk with a local lender....if you have had 9 quotes and are unhappy with them, perhaps you might need to fix your credit score. I recommend speaking with someone locally,if you don't know anyone (your bank, credit union etc) feel free to email me or another local Realtor for a referral. Hope that helps you.
