Contact the lenders on here and see who has the best deal. Contact 2-4 and whoever gives you the best deal is probably going to have the majority of companies beat. Sometimes it is best to go with a lender who knows what he is doing and is still very competitive. The best costs, best rate scenario a lot of times is too good to be true.

Just a suggestion.  Have you thought of increasing or decreasing your loan amount or down payment?  This can populate more rates for your search.  Also if you provide more details to your scenario, someone from our Zillow advice community can give you expert advice.

Please read 3 important things to consider when getting a loan

I hope this helps and good luck.

You can post your loan scenario in the "Refinance" advice forum. Try giving the following information and you should get multiple responses with options for financing.- How much is the Zestimate for your home?- How much do you owe on it?- What is your credit score?- What type of property is it?- Do you occupy the residence?- What are you looking to accomplish by refinancing?Any lender, bank or broker should be able to provide you with an estimate if you provide them with this scenario. From there you can narrow it down to the best 2 or 3 quotes. Then you should ask for disclosures and the minimum qualifications from each company that you chose. The disclosures should include an itemization of all fees associated with the transaction and the terms of the loan. This will help you find the best option out there.Good Luck!
