What can I do to get more (or better) quotes for my loan request ZR-YJHFYMB

If a home is listed at 165,000, can I makwe an offer that is lower? How much lower?

Hi,


Yes you can always make a lower offer on a property, however it always depends on the particular property you are referring to...

For example:  If a property is fairly priced given the market, or below market price, your offer might not appear very strong at all.  In those cases your offer might be rejected and you might not receive a counter-offer.

However if the property has been on the market for a long time, and there aren't any other offers in on the property, your lower offer might be considered.

There isn't a general rule to go by as the situation is unique to each property.
