What can I do to make my website better?

I've started a website and I would like as many opinions as I can get. 

www.wix.com/realtorjeremy/jeremyhoerauf

I know the site address is not professional, but as soon as I finish it or bring it closer to 100%, it will be updated to simply "realtorjeremy.com"

Also prevent from the black background or colored background, white background is fine.

Nice website, however not many visitors want to download the Java programming, therefore, do not embed the Java codes in your website, Zillow, Trulia and the other websites hadn't embed the Java codes and their websites work just fine, there is the other way for the mortgage calculation works without of embedded the Java codes.
