Asking for a real estate agents help is always beneficial.  You could also try finding a home phone number in the white pages and call the seller. It is important to enure the number is not on the "Do Not Call" list before placing the call.

I would recommend contacting a real estate agent to help you. Agents usually know how to be diligent in contacting for sale by owners, and they have different more detailed resources than the public.

Plus, going through the home buying process will be much smoother if you are working with an agent.

Perhaps the owner has Zillow emails going to spam or perhaps has accepted an offer and is working through the sales process.   The last possibility is to go and knock on their front door, or move on.
