The best way to see what your home is worth is to contact your local Realtor.  He or she can run a Comparative Market Analysis of your home and give you an estimated value.   Typically, Realtors will use tax information and the MLS to determine the most recent sales & current active listings to determine the value.   When doing the analysis, we take into account several factors; sq ft, bedrooms, location, upgrades, etc. to determine the value of a home.
