What do I do if I believe my zestimate is terribly incorrect? I would like to have it re-evaluated.

Hello,

Zestimates are always incorrect. They are based off of public data reported to county assessors. DO NOT have your home re-assessed. Check out my website for information about Zestimates and what they mean.  [self promotion deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]

Zillow's FAQ "What is a Zestimate?" describes actions an owner can take.  It is worthwhile reading carefully.  The Zillow help center provides detailed instructions.
