Yes, contact support; An E-mail via the profile of someone with a green-Zillow tag next to their name works quite well. Sometimes using the flags like the one at the lower right corner of this post works the best when directly related to the issue. There are phone numbers but those are slow and busy. If you post in the appropriate discussion section, often someone in addition to Zillow personnel will know and answer the issue.
There is always "snail mail" and the "about us" at the bottom of the page has their address. Most of the technical support questions already have answers on the FAQ section of the discussions (left margin). There also is the search box on the top of this page for the discussions. It usually works.
