You mean like "wood frame", "bat & board", "brick", "masonry", "steal frame"....
Or do you mean like "Victorian", "Craftsman", "Bungalow", "Colonial", "modern", "post modern",...?
In any case, I would suggest you just type the name into wikipedia.org as they seem to have fairly good explanations of most things.
(It doesn't mean a Realtor used the terms correctly though as they often have no clue. They don't have a degree in Architecture or anything...)
