What do you know about investing in Kingman, AZ?

How is the month over month change in value looking? The last time I looked Kingman was still dropping strongly. Has this slowed down at this point or stopped?

I am not only a REALTOR in the Kingman, AZ area but an active investor in residential real estate as well.  I feel that Kingman is a great place to consider investing for the future.  Kingman has an incredible location situated between Phoenix and Las Vegas.  The CANAMEX trade route runs through Kingman via Highway 93.  I-40, which is major cross country interstate that runs through Kingman, has two proposed interchanges to be completed hopefully in the next 5 years which will bring great commercial interest from national companies.  A new hospital is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed this October bringing in many new jobs.  There is a proposed Wal-Mart distribution center just south of Kingman as well.  A major home builder from Las Vegas, Rhodes Homes, has purchased the land and proposed to build 130,000 homes in Mohave County in the next 10 years.  Move County, which Kingman is located in, is projected to double in the next 8-10 years which means huge potential for real estate investors.  With home prices selling for less then half of what they did in 2005 and 2006 in some areas, this is an incredible time to invest in Kingman.
