Answers (1)

The documents needed are going to depend on the loan program and lender, but at a minimum you will need:

1) Driver's license (and green card or visa if not a US citizen);
2) Most recent paystub and 2008 W-2;
3) Most recent bank statement(s) documenting the funds to close plus 2 months house payments; and
4) Copy of the Purchase Agreement.
