What does "Construction quality" mean?

I just updated facts about my home and noticed that Zillow gave it a "Construction Quality" score of 6.  This is listed under facts about the home.  What does that mean?

I have a construction grade 6 and would NOT call it "Lowest grade currently meeting building codes. Low quality materials, simple designs"
by any stretch. I have lots of insurance discounts soley based off home inspection due to quality construction.
Just saying....thanks

Generally the grading goes like this:

Grades 1 - 3
Falls short of minimum building standards. Like a cabin or inferior structure
Grade 4- Typically older lower quality construction. Probably doesnt meet code.
Grade 5  Cheaper to build with smaller, more simplistic .
Grade 6
Lowest grade currently meeting building codes. Low quality materials, simple designs.
Grade 7  Average  . Very often seen in  older subdivisions.
Grade 8
Slightly above average in construction & design. Normally better materials used inside and outside the homes.
There are more, but this should help give you an idea.

Is 6 a good score or a bad score?

Thanks for the responses.  Yes, I did want to know what a 6 means.  But it sounds like I have to contact my local assessor to find out the meaning of that score.

@ Cynthia - Just in case you missed it in your haste, the OP did have a specific question; What does a '6' mean?

Construction Quality generally means the construction materials used in the property.  Local assessors differentiate between, wood veneer, brick, stucco etc.  Each material affects the cost of the structure because some materials based on your area may be cheaper or more expensive.   If you have specific questions, contact your local property tax assessor

Zillow typically gets this value from your local assessor, who defines the meaning of the various scores. It is not something Zillow can assess.
