You can post your home for sale under make me move so that buyers can make you an offer and "make you move"

It's a term designed to get a call to action. Just like "make me an offer" or "priced to sell". "Make me move" simply put, means lets get it done and get it sold.Thank you for your question

Hi Rocknesmom -
You can set a price for your home though you are not really selling it. It is like checking if anyone is interested in your home with the price you set.
Thank you.

Simply that... if you want the house, you are going to have to "make me move"... (The amount listed is the amounted needed to convince the owner to move regardless of present market value... it is not listed on the Multiple Listing service, only a price is given on Zillow if someone really wants that specific house).
