Aloha schnurrs,
PH stands for "penthouse". The interior living area is 1,115 sq. ft. and there is an open balcony that is 345 sq. ft. While there is no true way to ascertain why a property has been on the market for a while, I do want to point out that this property is a leasehold property and not fee simple. In my experience, most buyers prefer to buy fee simple property. With leaseholds there is a "lessor" involved that owns the land the property sits upon and as the owner of this property, you would need to pay a monthly lease fee to the lessor.  I know it seems weird because this is a condo, but leasehold is a form of ownership. Also, another thing to consider is the monthly maintenance of this property. It is $1,265 and that covers electricity, water, and sewer. This property does have a great location and the views must be amazing.

If you click on the listing website you'll find more information about this unit. I found the sq. ft 1115 sq. ft. with a uncovered lanai at 345 sq. ft.
looks like a nice condo. Not sure why it's been on the market for 319 days, except the market itself. Property seems to be price to sell.
