I have never seen in our area, Louisville, Ky a price range for a house. This is really news to me.

VRM means Value Range Marketing: meaning the seller believes the value of the property to be within the listed range, in your example $140,000 to $150,000. Most often a single list price is selected for a home, but some sellers/agents choose to market a property within a range. You asked for SRM, while we don't use that acronym, I'm guessing it's either similar or a typo.

Hope that helps!
