This seems like a totally uselessÂ pieceÂ of information. I have been watching a listing for quite awhile and nothing has ever changed after it says the listing has been "refreshed".

Usually when Realtor.com listings have been "refreshed" there have been changes - pictures add or changed, text rewrite, or price change. In the last 6 months since San Diego changed the MLS it has had a hard time communicating with Realtor.com and the data has not been accurate or update correctly. Maybe you are experiencing changes to your listing service in your area?
