Never did understand why anyone would post a rental on zillow. Renters these days check 1 source for listings and it aint zillow...

Could mean several things, the house is actually for rent or the person who posted the house forgot to add some zeros! Go back to the page and email the person who posted it and also at the bottom of the page is a 'report a problem' click on that and report the problem please.

it means either a home is for sale and the "tricky" realtor wanted it to be included in as many searches as possible, so she put the price as 995 to encourage interest by the casual searcher(it appears in any search of the form Price between 1 and xxx)
or that the house isn't really for sale. people do it to try to get phone calls(eg call Linda for details), because they have an issue with the site that they dont want to fix, because its a rental(or they used to)...
