Were you asking from the Buyer's perspective or the Seller's perspective? If you are a Buyer and you see this on Zillow, then you could contact the Owner, and let them know you are interested in the home with a click of a button. If you are a Seller, you could use the feature to let the public you'd like to have a certain price for your home. The offer/acceptance is informal and it would be my guess that the offer would not be binding just for the asking, etc. It would also be my guess that anyone who has completed the MAKE ME MOVE feature, has done so quite some time ago while surfing the net, etc., and it would be likely they even forgot having done so.

Hi ... it is a price that a homeowner can attach to their home that will entice the seller to sell the home. Even if the home is not on the market!
Basically, it means: make me an offer I can't refuse. Usually these properties are priced well beyond the fair market value.
I hope that helps.

I would assume it is a marketing term, maybe...? I agree with the other agent you need to elaborate more.

I think you need to expand. What is the situation it's used in?

What does the term, make me move, mean?
