What does the yellow up arrow next to the sold price of a home mean? I don't see a legend for this?

Hi Steam Master-

Sorry for the confusion. It is actually a home icon. If you go to the Map and Search page, you would see that yellow corresponds with recently sold homes, red indicates the home is for sale, blue are those with a Make Me Move price set up.
