What effect if building in which I own a condo is being sold at foreclosure?

Bought early into a condo redevelopment and just received notice that the building (and all unsold units) are being sold in foreclosure.  What effect will this have on my unit, which is not subject to the sale? Any advice appreciated.

Biggest issue will be the amount of rentals within that development.

The biggest issue could be if the building is converted to a rental building. That could greatly limit your ability to sell and how the building works.
