Open your home detail page to see if there are missing or incorrect home facts and open your neighbor's home detail pages to get the idea why his homes are increased on Zestimate, there is the chance that your neighbor did the edit home facts and you do not, if so claim your home on Zillow if you hadn't claim it on Zillow yet by hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu, click on the Claim your house, then click on the Edit home facts, the update may affect on your Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.

Whats the address ?

What gives with the gross errors in valuation?
I bought my house in 2007 and another homeowner bought his two houses over, same street and subdivision within two months of me buying mine. My zillow estimate has declined 15-20% or so and his has increased 15-20% from known purchase prices. There have been no improvements or changes to either house. What "information" does zillow have that makes this make sense?
