Two weeks ago I looked at my house value, the Zestimate was $122,500 - I am using my print-out to obtain a second mortgage. Now suddenly my mortgage company is trying to pull the Zestimate themselves and the Zestimate is gone, and the Tax Assessor's value is all that shows - what happened? Put my Zestimate back in place!
