What happens when a review from a customer doesn't show up on my profile?

It can take up to 7 days for it to show up as the Zillow staff screens them first.  When did they do these reviews?

Nicole, did they create a profile first? No profile and no reviews get listed.

It is also possible that it is taking time for the review to be gone through by zillow staff.
