There are a number of home warranty companies,.some of the larger ones are: First American, Fidelity, American Home Shield, Buyers Home Warranty etc...
My advise to you would be to go online and read the fine print of several companies and see which one is more suitable for your needs. Some offer more/less protection while others offer a lower/higher service call fees.

I have also had good luck with First American Home Warranty. There is also a company called American Home Shield, but I have never used them myself.
