Kari is correct, if all the stats are correct on Zillow, I do not think you can get it changed. Keep in mind, this is just an estimate. If you want an accurate market value, call your local Broker.

I agree- I would start with the public records for your property, and go from there. If the size, purchase price, etc. are all accurate - great, if not you could work to get them corrected with the city.

I'm sure Zillow's Zestimate strives to be as accurate as possible but can only do so much as an automated system. Susanna Grubb is right on-try to help the system by correcting any errors in your property. Encourage others in your neighborhood to do the same and values should correct(if everyone is honest in their facts).

To start, confirm that the square footage is correct. If you are the home owner, you can adjust the interior and exterior features on the "Owner's Value" on Zillow.
What if i think my zestimate is too high? how do i adjust the baseline?
