What if you list my home as 3,250 sq ft, when in fact it is 3,440 sq ft.

This miscalculation could obviously cause an issue when calculating home value.  How can we fix this.  Address is 23937 Wintergreen Circle  Novi, MI 48374

According to Oakland County Public Records, the square footage on your home is 3,235 and lower level square footage of 1,829.

If the information is incorrect on Zillow, you can "claim" your property and edit the information.

I will e-mail a copy of your public record to you.
