You should be fine. Just make sure you keep the necessary documentation showing that you took care of it, just in case they don't remove it.

When your lender pulls your credit report for your initial preapproval he/she will be able to tell you if the judgment is on your report. If so you may only need to provide the documentation that proves you satisfied the judgment to the lender to get the mortgage.

However if it's there it is probably a good idea to dispute it with whoever put it there in the first place and the three major credit bureaus as well, just to make sure it never causes any problems in the future.

You would need advice from a lender but, if it is paid off you can contact the 3 main credit score reports and make sure the jugment is listed as satisfied.
