What incentives are the banks offering on Short Sales?

Profile picture for DaleSnyder
Banks that are portfolioing the loans are offering HUGE incentives for those that qualify.  Chase up to 35K, Wells over 10K, BofA has a DTS program that requires no ddocumentation and gives some cash, and many others.

In addition, If you are in Nevada, there is a program called nacac.org.  Check this out!

I hope this is found and helps.  There are incentives and options.

Hi,

It is important to know that these incentives are based on who owns the note.

Some Chase home owners may not qualify for this incentive purely because of who owns thier note.

EMC also participtes on the Cash for Keys incentive depending on who owns that loan.

I always remind homeowners that no matter what happened to their neighbor, friend or relative, they will look at your finances and your particular investor and/or insurer of the note. You may and probably will have a diferent experience because your situation is unique.
