The first improvement would be for the Realtors to actually follow the rules for where they post, and not be trying to sneak in an advertisement for their website as a "question".  Zillow provides plenty of space for realtors to advertise for free on their profile page, and there is no need to post the reference in the text a each person's profile page is accessible by clicking on the Avatar or user's name.  And if you want a paid advertisment, you could always pay for it.

And what I want to see is what Zillow offers; market trends for the entire area, and estimated values of homes not presently for sale.  I have no use for Realtor's personal web pages.

The two things I would like to see different on Zillow is price distribution (histograms) in $25k increments, including standard deviation, and upper and lower quartiles.  Secondly, pie charts showing what percentage of the estimated value is from house size, lot size, # beds, # baths, tax assesment, # stories, etc.

Frank, the biggest improvement realtors could make to their websites is to force the brokers to approve more (all) information be publicly available. I agree that private remarks remain private, but everything else should be as accesable to the public as it is to us.
