We thought about putting an offer on a home but it state that corporate addenda will become part of any contracts. This is a foreclosed home. Can someone please explain this.

Corporate addenda are usually the banks contract and any disclaimers regarding the condition of the property that they are aware of - which is almost always that they know nothing (which is true!) They also state that their contract and terms supercede any state or regional board contracts and that you agree to purchase the home as is.
