NCI = Network Communications, INC.

Here is a link to their website: http://www.nci.com/

According to their website, they are located in Lawrenceville, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. They claim to be the largest national publisher of local printed and online magazines for the real estate market.

Hope this helps!

Talk soon,
Ron Reed

Same thing happened to me.  Four months after we purchased our home, it is showing as a relisting by NCI.  The foot/car traffic to our home is very disturbing and annoying.  Where does NCI get their information and why is there not a quick way to fix errors?

It's an Internet information corporation for real estate. Like a record keeper. Google NCI you will find it.

We just purchased a home and and the listing was removed July 27, 2011.  We closed on the home August 5.  On August 18, NCI was the source of a new listing on the same home.  Could this be a mistake?

You want exclusive representation as a Buyer.  Calling the listing agent will get you information.  But using a Buyer Agent will get you full representation with a fiduciary role to look out for your best interests.

Interview 3 Buyer Agents, or ask friends, co workers, family for recommendations.  If you already have a lender (banker), ask him or her for a few names.  Your insurance rep may also have a few names.

When buying a house you want the best representation you can have. That means do NOT use the listing agent. They have a legal responcibility first and foremost to the seller. Find and use a different realtor for your own sake.

The sourse is an internet vendor who feeds the listing to Zillow. They have nothing to do with the porperty what so ever.
Why would you want to contact them?
