The Sellers fully executed tranfer disclosure statement is a list of questions that are asked of the seller about the property, such as knowledge of any major repairs during their ownership. The Listing agent of the property you are buying should have this document and it needs to be signed by the seller and you as the buyer as recieving it for it to be fully executed.
It sounds like you have the documentation needed for your source of funds. Just make sure you provide any bill of sale documents on the personal property.
Good Luck!
