A zestimate is a guesstimate of value, Zillow pays companies to supply them with local data....It is NOT the way to value your home as Zillow and the companies supplying the data have no idea of what the updates are inside the home. To find out what your current market value is pay an appraiser or have a local realtor do a comparative market analysis of the home in question.
