"make me move" is a designation for a property not formally on the market but one that the owners will consider an offer at the price designated.  Since Zillow started charging for "for sale", more people are putting up "make me move" comments with more realistic prices.  (It used to be that almost all "make me move" properties had outrageous prices associated with their properties).
