What is a fair interest rate for nice multi unit rental property better than 50% loan to value

I'm a builder developer I built (warehouse conversion) 20 condos overlooking the Mississippi river I sold 7 and have 10 as rentals with great leases and great tenants everything is new better than code ect.. I owe less than 700k still on my construction loan on the 13 unsold units plus I have 5 building lots that are part of the property...  a very low figure to put on the value would be 2.5 million...  good credit have never missed a payment in my life on anything...  so now it is time to turn the loan into more permanent financing BUT I would like to re amortize the loan as I sell more units... I really don't see me selling more than  1 or 2 units in the next year
