Profile picture for ADHI Schools
Here at ADHI Schools in California, we don't just leave you at the state exam. All of our classes are held at actual real estate offices and those offices usually recruit our students personally. And if there isn't a company on that list that suits you, we go out of our way to find the right fit.

Our students get the best real estate education possible and when taking our live classes plus our crash course, we have a 90% passing rate for those who stay focused.

We thrive on the success of not only our students obtaining there real estate of broker license, but on continuing to succeed in their careers. We have 5 star yelp reviews and would love to help anyone interested in obtaining a real estate license.

Check us out at [deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]

We are also on Facebook, Twitter, and have our own Youtube channel. If you need help in California, we are here for you.

Real estate schools are going to be state specific. So the best one would depend on where you are located.

I've yet to find any licensing school that teaches you how to sell real estate, and/or make a living selling real estate. The schools serve one purpose -- to get you to pass the state/national exams. That's the first and obvious step in a real estate career, but in the grand scheme of things it is ultimately one of the least important steps.

Find yourself a good broker who can mentor you (or get you into a mentor relationship), is accessible, and offers training and support. You'll need a lot of both in your real estate career, especially in the beginning. And good luck!!

I used Goldcoastschools (.com) for my licensing.  This is in the state of Florida.  They were very good.

My recommendation would be to buy the Real Estate Textbook, read it twice, and then take the week long class (63 hours in Florida) in one weeks time and get it done fast.  Then all you need to do is to pass the state exam, which you can take anytime.

In Florida you need to get your fingerprints taken and send them off to the state of Florida for approval as well, which can take 6-10 weeks, so check in your state what the guidelines are.
