The best site for finding homes is utahrealestate.com. All of the current homes for sale are listed there. Consumers are seeing the same homes that agents have access to. The listing agent's information is given or you can ask your own realtor about the listing and set up an appointment to see the homes.
Photos are great to allow you to "preview" the home inside & out before you decide if you want a personal tour. This site also uses google maps so you can see the home in street or satelite views.
Happy House Hunting!

Another good website to look at homes is www.propertyshoputah.com. You can filter your search by city, schools, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. You can also see an interactive map to narrow your search, and get a Google-earth street view image of the neighborhood.
It also shows you other homes for sale in the neighborhood, and shows how other homes are priced in relationship to the home of your inquiry.
Let me know if you have any questions!

You can browse realtor.com or many agent websites now have a link to the local MLS so you can search the same homes as the local Realtors. The best way to locate the home you want is to find a Buyer's Agent an let them help you with the process. As a buyer it doesn't cost you anything to work with an agent when buying a listed home. They can also help with reccomendations on financing, inspections, disclosures, and an offering price. Why not take advantage of the service?
You can also check www.realtor.com for listings - it will have all the MLS listings nationwide.

Try JetRealty.com, it has every listing off the MLS, maps, virtual tours, new listing notices, neighborhood reports and even price changes!!!.
And you can search by price, city, zip, sq. ft, schools, number of garages, year built, acreage and more!
