There is site that has trends from the local MLS here for the larger Mendicino County area that might help, but I was not able to find one for Fort Bragg specifically. I am sure that a local agent could give you more specific info just for Fort Bragg.

Really depends on a lot of factors. But if the place is not distressed, I would say no more than 90 days if priced correctly. But depending on Soldier rotations it could be a lot faster, if memory serves me correctly, the spring is usually when units get a great influx of Soldiers.
