I'll be happy to make you a loan! Seriously that's a great score. Each bureau has it's own scoring algorithm that is guarded as close as nuclear launch codes!
Like the previous lender stated, dont be surprised if when you make application for a loan that your lender actually sees a different score because consumer reports do tend to score slightly higher. Regardless you will be fine, here is an article I wrote on the topic;

In fact, since you are in Florida, you should contact Martin for your mortgage!

I agree with Martin and would guess it is around a 730-740 Fico/Beacon. Come back after your lender pulls it and tell us the Fico score.

That is a great score; however, do not be disappointed if and when you have a mortgage credit report pulled and the scores are lower. Consumer credit reports are notorious for having higher scores than the reports we use. Your 3 bureaus will score very similarly if they all have the same information reported to them. If there is a large disparity from 1 bureau to the other(s); it iwll be because 1 is reporting different information than the others (like a collection reporting to TU and not to the others). You have a good score... keep it up and all is good. Pretty simple formula; pay as agreed.. :)
