Hello, I have lived in Berthoud for over 10 years now and work all over as a Realtor. It is wonderful to live her, simply put. I grew up in Loveland and also lived in Longmont and Denver for a time. I appreciate about Berthoud that you get that warm, small town feel, but with many amenities still included. They know you by name at the post office and you can grab something for dinner at the last second at Hayes Market. There is a pool for the kids and several shaded parks for picnics. It truely is a great little town not to far from the bigger cities.
