I agree with Jared.  You need a market analysis.  You must take into consideration other homes in your immediate area in order to arrive at a value.  This is not an exact science either.  You will be or should be given a range. 

Keep in mind that if you have short sales and foreclosures within a few blocks of your home, that will have an impact on your price.  Not fair, but true.

I would highly recommend getting a personal freee CMA fron your local agent, it would come a much more exact market analysis.
