The best way to find out is to talk with a local realtor who has been in the market for awhile and can do a Market Analysis for you.  This would take into account how your home compares with others : size, location, features,condition, etc.  Do not rely on what you see on the internet...moist of the sites are not accurate.

I would suggest talking to a local real estate broker.  They will be able to run a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) that will give you the best idea as to the value of your home.
