That would definately depend on the area of Torrington and the price range. For example, homes under 100k are selling within days. Homes 100k-125k are selling within 45 days. The average price for torrington is 212k taking up to 4 months to sell. Homes 300k + Can take up to 9 months... There are things as an agent you can do to speed then process along. Call a local Full-time Realtor.
