Wow, that's a pretty open-ended question. A lot would depend on how much demo needs to be done, what can be salvaged, and what finish levels are going to be used.

Here is a free, online estimator for new construction. It should at least get you "in the ballpark", as it is fairly detailed on general construction and finish quality, and also seems to be sensitive to locales (i.e., states/zips).
