There may be a statewide average, but as the decline in values varies from city to city and within specific neighborhoods of a city, any figure would be irrelevant if you were looking for statistics for Waverly or any other city / neighborhood.

From January to October the average drop in values in Minnesota was 7.3 percent. October is the most recent data available from the MN Association of Realtors.
