Hello Damsel1,
It looks like in the Hot Springs area that 12 homes have sold since January 1st. Of that 6 have sold in less than 4 months. As it has been said before, it depends a lot on the price, condition, age, and location. If home doesn't sell quickly, one of these items are the issue. If you are not getting many showings, I believe it is usually related to price. Hope this helps.

It depends on whether or not the house is priced competitively, the condition of the house and the location of the house.

There is really no average. In this selling environment, though, if a house has been on the market for 3 or 4 weeks with no offers, it's time for a price reduction.
What is the average length of time a house is on the market until the price is reduced?
