What is the average price per square foot for a rebuilt home in Bridge City, Tx

Have someone interested in purchasing my home in Bridge City.  It has been completely rebuilt after Hurricane Ike with top of the line products.  Is there an average price per square foot to help pick a price?  They are wanting to go with a VA loan.
