What is the best neighborhood in Chesterfield County?

We're looking to spend about $250-300k. We're almost 30 but don't have any kids yet.
We're planning on starting a family in the next year or so and would like to find a neighborhood with young couples who don't all already have kids.  We'd like to have a acre lot or so and be close to 288 or 95. Thanks!
