zip codes are more critical than putting in names of towns for your service area..that affects how you appear in searches

From my experience i have found that if i respond to any questions as fast as possible and answer that question like that person was my was mother and father (and not try to sell them) but just be completely upfront and a helping hand without expecting anything in return, i have found my clients more open to communication and they inturned were completely honest with me... and down the road we were able to reconnect again when they were ready to purchase or list.

Don't answer every question you see just to get your contributions up. Answer selected questions that you have some experience in so that every answer is a great detailed answer. Future clients will then be able to see that you have knowledge and aren't just a "contribution number". Best wishes.

Only lead I ever got off Zillow was from answering a question honestly and ethicly, and the person reading liked the answer. Now they are trying to find a second purchase deal through me.
